These Terms govern your use of cityee.city and the Cityee text messaging program. Cityee is operated by Exclusive Business Marketing LLC, 16371 Gothard St, Ste C, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (“Cityee,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or opting in to Cityee text messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Cityee SMS Program terms
- Program name: Cityee City Event Alerts.
- Description: Recurring automated marketing text messages about local events, nightlife, dining, things to do, and occasional promotions from venues listed on Cityee, for the city you select.
- How to opt in: Text a city keyword (for example, HB for Huntington Beach) to 844-524-8933, then reply YES to confirm. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Up to 3 messages per week.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again (reply START).
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email support@cityee.io.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder of the mobile number you use.
- Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the website
You may use cityee.city for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it without permission, or post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
3. Event and venue listings
Event, venue, and promotion information on Cityee is provided for general information and may come from venues, promoters, or public sources. Details such as dates, times, prices, and availability can change without notice. Please confirm with the venue or organizer. Cityee does not sell tickets for, operate, or guarantee any third-party event or venue, and is not responsible for them.
4. Submitted content
If you submit a listing or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Cityee a non-exclusive license to display it on Cityee. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and messages are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cityee and Exclusive Business Marketing LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the messages, or any event or venue listed.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms or the SMS program from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
